Jet Lag IV Drip
Fluids, B vitamins and recovery support after a long-haul flight, given at your home, hotel or the office.
Long-haul flights dehydrate you before jet lag even sets in. Cabin air is dry, sleep is broken across time zones, and by the time you land your body is often running on low fluids and low B vitamins. A drip will not reset your body clock, but it can address the dehydration and fatigue that make the first day or two after landing feel harder than it needs to.
What it can help with
Rehydration first
Long flights and dry cabin air leave most travellers dehydrated before they even land. Fluids go straight into the bloodstream rather than through digestion.
B vitamins and B12
Support energy production and take the edge off the flat, foggy feeling that often follows a long journey.
On your schedule
Book for your hotel, home or the office as soon as you land, no waiting room and no queue.
Immune support
Recycled cabin air and long hours in transit are hard on the immune system; vitamin C and B-complex offer some support.
A clinician's eye
Your clinician reviews your history before the drip goes in, and specialised drips include a free Oligoscan analysis.

Frequently asked questions
Can an IV drip fix jet lag?
Not entirely. Jet lag is your body clock adjusting to a new time zone, and no drip can reset that on its own. What a drip can help with is the dehydration, fatigue and depleted vitamins that come with long-haul travel, which is often what makes the first day or two feel worse than it needs to.
Which drip is best after a long flight?
Hakuna, our original Myers cocktail, is the most requested option for travel fatigue. Thunder Buzz adds anti-nausea and pain relief medication if you are also dealing with a headache or an unsettled stomach.
Should I book before or after I land?
After. We generally recommend a few hours once you have settled in, though we can also come to your hotel on arrival day if your schedule needs it.
Is it safe straight after a long flight?
Yes. Your clinician reviews your health history before starting, which is standard for every visit regardless of when you have been travelling.
How fast will I feel a difference?
Most people notice the fluids and vitamins within the session or shortly after. Fatigue from disrupted sleep and time zone changes still needs a bit of time and daylight to fully settle.
