Who actually shows up
Every visit is carried out by a DHA licensed nurse or healthcare professional, fully equipped for the service you've booked, whether that's an IV drip, a wellness test, or another at-home treatment on our menu. They bring sterile supplies, prepare everything on-site, and follow the same clinical standards as a visit to DrypSkin Clinic.
What a typical visit involves
Your nurse confirms your details and reviews any relevant health history on arrival, sets up in a comfortable space you've chosen, carries out the treatment, and stays for the duration where that's needed, such as for an IV drip. Afterwards they clean up, remove any equipment, and confirm you're comfortable before leaving.
What a home nurse visit is good for
IV therapy, sample collection for diagnostic tests, straightforward wellness treatments and routine monitoring are well suited to a home visit — anything that doesn't need hospital-grade equipment or a sterile procedure room. It's built around convenience and comfort for things that don't require a clinical setting.
What it isn't a substitute for
Anything needing imaging equipment, a procedure room, or emergency facilities still needs a clinic or hospital visit. If a doctor needs to examine you more thoroughly or a situation looks urgent, we'll say so rather than attempt it at your door. Our doctor-on-call service covers the physician side of home visits specifically, and works alongside nurse visits when a doctor's assessment is needed.
