How often can you have an IV drip?

There isn't one correct number, because it depends entirely on what you're using IV therapy for.

Occasional use

If you're booking around specific moments — recovering from a late night, rehydrating after travel, or getting ahead of feeling run down — there's no meaningful reason to limit how often you do that beyond comfort and cost. Many clients book a drip every few weeks, or only when they feel they need one.

Ongoing or recovery-focused use

For goals like sustained energy, fitness recovery or a longer-term wellness routine, a short course spaced over a few weeks is common, which is exactly why we offer 25% off a 2-session package and 35% off a 5-session package rather than only pricing single visits. Your clinician can suggest a reasonable cadence based on the formula and your goals during a free consultation.

What actually limits frequency

Some ingredients are the real constraint, not an arbitrary rule. Iron-containing formulas, for instance, shouldn't be repeated too frequently without monitoring, since excess iron isn't simply flushed out by the body. High-dose vitamin or mineral combinations deserve the same caution. This is one of the reasons a specialised drip includes a free vitamin, mineral and heavy metal analysis — so frequency decisions are based on your actual levels rather than a guess.

Our honest approach

If you ask for something more often than makes sense for you, we'll say so. The goal is a routine that actually helps, not maximising how many bags you book. If you're planning a recurring schedule, mention it when you message us and we'll help you build one that's sensible for the specific drip you have in mind.
