Anything that needs hands-on examination, a procedure, or medication given on the spot calls for a home visit: wound care and dressing changes, injections, vaccinations, minor procedures, post-operative check-ins, and paediatric or geriatric care where mobility is a factor. Our doctors also deliver prescriptions and medication directly.
When a video call is enough
A video consultation works well for routine check-ins, follow-ups, prescription renewals, and a first assessment of symptoms that do not need a hands-on exam — useful when you want a quick answer without waiting for someone to travel to you.
